  1. I never understood why they call that pudding. Where i come from something that looks like that we called Flan.

  2. Flan is better because of the special step you have to take to carmelize sugar. Its not easy to do without burning it, but it adds a sweet smoky flavor that is unique. This one looks like it just has carmel coloring.

  4. The consistency looks more like a milk gelatin dessert than it does flan. Also, flan is a custard so technically flan and pudding are related. But this doesn’t look like flan or pudding. I would try it though

  5. Dumbasses. Flan is called pudding in Japanese; there’s no other type of pudding in japan. I’m Japanese, in fact I’m in japan right now
