This is a sign at the entrance of an Internet café that opens 24 hours and has showers. Notice the showers “icon” next to the TV one. Because of this trend many people that do not have a house spend the night at Internet cafes for a cheap price and at the same time they can use the showers.

Coffee, showers, internet. What more do you need? I assume they have a toilet.
Why is ‘mid-night time’ more expensive than ‘night time’?
Maybe I’m mis-reading the sign but it seems mid-night time (2300 – 0600) is less hours than night time (hard to make out but it looks like 1800 – 0600).
Shouldn’t they be charging you more for spending more time there?
The upper one is for karaoke and the prices are per each 30 minutes during “midnight time”.
The bottom table is for 30 minutes, 3 hours and a whole night (I assume, as it’s not discernible).
