Spain Stereotypes vs. Japan Stereotypes

My friend Zordor sends me these two short videos that made my day. Stereotypes might seem absurd, but they are important as they are the image that a country projects to the rest of the world. When I tell Japanese people that I have just met that I am from Spain, almost all of them start telling me about La Tomatina or la Sagrada Familia; both are the most well-known Spanish things for the Japanese people.

Unattended Luggage in Japan

When Japanese people ask me for advice before going to Spain, the first thing I tell them is to always watch out for their belongings, to not leave their phone or wallet on the table in a restaurant or cafeteria, to always have their bags closed, etc.

Here in Japan we never worry about this stuff. Notice for example the first picture, the suitcase and the bag belong to the man having dinner inside the restaurant.
